Nourish your nervous system with wholesome winter afternoon in Byron Hinterland. Experience baking and decorating traditional European gingerbread in a small group of women, sip on warm mulled wine or chai besides a camp fire and enjoy nourishing snacks in nature.
Since time immemorial, women gathered over creative tasks to share stories, feelings and songs. This has played an essential role in sustaining one’s wellbeing through community and sense of belonging.
This workshop creates a safe space for you to let go of time and immerse yourself in creative flow.
Relax, you are held here.
THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO…
– nourish your nervous system through beauty and art
– connect with your creativity and feminine essence
– meet like minded women from the Byron Shire
– get grounded in your body and source new inspiration
We will start with a grounding exercise to settle in the space, and will follow with cutting out and baking traditional Czech gingerbread, decorating it (using flour which contains gluten). We will brew mulled wine, and enjoy light snacks by burning campfire.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
– all materials and ingredients
– cup of chai or mulled wine
– light snacks
+ all your baked and decorated gingerbread to take home and to your loved ones, of course! 🙂
