The Way Back to Ourselves is a Meandering River..
Originally from the Czech Republic, I have been residing between Europe and Australia for the past 7 years.
So far, I have followed the voice that gently guides me back to myself, into many countries and landscapes.
With curiosity, humility and awe I get to know the faces of life, diverse cultures and indigenous traditions.
My own journey of healing myself has shown me (and continues to show me) shades of emotions, layers of feelings, memory of the body and depth of human soul.
I believe in the innate ability of each person to guide themselves into wholeness – home.
Beauty and nature as a medicine
I live in close connection with nature, which is the source of my inspiration and revitalizing, healing energy.
I recognize that support is available to everybody, whether it is in the form of fresh air, movement, nourishing food or heart-opening music.
The combination of creativity and nature is what stands at the centre in most of my days.
My artistic realization is in creating a handmade clothing brand Mother of Thyme that connects women to their ancestral story and the embodiment of home and power in their own bodies.
Training and experience
My practice is formed by a combination of approaches and modalities that has supported me on my own journey to wholeness.
One of these is the completion of a year-long professional training of Compassionate Inquiry, a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur.
My studies of Drama in Education and Stage Design at the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at DAMU in Prague, and simultaneous academic research of use of theater in minor groups with mental disabilities has inspired me to use art and creativity as a tool for emotional and psychological development.
I received formal education in the field of coaching in AC accredited Advanced Training in Coaching Practice, provided by ACORN Principle.
Currently I am enrolled in a 6-month trauma-informed training of prenatal and perinatal psychotherapeutic support, provided by Compassionate Inquiry.
I am a registered member of International Institute for Complementary Therapists.

The bigger picture
Connection to my Slavic ancestry is what reminds me of the fact that we are all part of a bigger picture. A human story that has been written from the time immemorial.
I cultivate relationship with my Slavic ancestral tradition and I recognize the importance of cultural diversity as a source of wisdom.
I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land I currently reside on, the Bundjalung people. I pay respects to elders past, present and emerging.
