My approach is gentle, trauma informed and rooted in compassion, as well as direct and aiming to the core issue, to help you move forward.

It has been influenced significantly by my recent study of the year long professional training of Compassionate Inquiry, a trauma-informed psychotherapeutic approach developed by dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur.

In therapeutic coaching I implement several modalities, including meditation, art therapy, somatic techniques or mindfulness, to create supportive environment for cultivating emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

The underlying base is connecting you with your true essence and allowing the answers to surface from within.
